Plastic Free Faversham
Since 2018 I've been part of a local group named 'Plastic Free Faversham' who give advice and run events on how to reduce single-use plastic in the town. Here are some examples of the work I've created for them.
Animation
The first animation I created for the group about the re-usability of a single object. Whilst researching the changes in my local town, I noticed that mason jars were being used in multiple, innovative ways (such as pencil holders, vases and decorative lights). I scanned in lino prints and imported them into After Effects to create this animation.
The group ran a challenge week in early 2019, encouraging all members of the town to reduce their use of plastic. I designed some colouring pages about our cause for the younger members of the community.
